Professional Leads, the UK’s leading lead generator in financial services and accounting sector is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that the client base is provided with the service that it expects, refining day-to-day operations, with a high level of efficiency and helping maintain growth. There is a lot of development potential within this role, as you will have exposure and contribution to strategy, operational planning, implementation and service delivery. You will focus on four critical areas – account management (client-facing), company operations, strategic development of company proposition and top down company processes.
A good knowledge of financial services and accounting would be beneficial but not essential. If the role could be summed up with one sentence it would be “bringing all departments and all facets of the business together for the beneficial smooth running of the company”. The role is designed for someone capable of multi tasking in the truest sense, and being able to cope with a demanding client base. Previous client management skills would be beneficial but again not essential.
