Customer Service Executive (Part time)

£20-24K + Performance Related Bonus (OTE£31K) Pro Rated

Start date: May 2022

Working Hours: Part Time Flexible 12-20 hours including late afternoons & weekends

Professional Leads, the UK’s leading digital marketeer in financial services and accounting sectors is looking for a customer service executive to join their team. For this role, we are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner who is comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life when dealing with a large volume of inbound sales enquiries, and speaking to new prospects on behalf of the company & clients. For the right candidate, there is the future opportunity to lead and manage a team as this is a growth area for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work efficiently with inbound sales leads, making contact in a timely and organised manner

  • Utilise various communication methods in order to maximise contact rates and engagement with potential customers

  • Manage, distribute and analyse leads through our client management system

  • Working closely with our partner companies creating effective partnerships

  • Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders

  • Typical hours will include 5pm-7.30pm Mon – Thurs & Saturday mornings, it will also include occasional bank holidays on a rota basis

Skills

  • At least 12 months experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role

  • Experience in financial services and in particular pension would be beneficial

  • Superb communications skills across varying platforms

  • Be able to quickly determine the type of client during contact and adapt communication style accordingly

  • High attention to detail required as reporting element of the role is important.

  • Incredibly organised and be able to multitask

  • Numerate and comfortable using google sheets/docs

  • Proven self-organisation and prioritisation skills & ability to multi-task with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment

  • Clear communicator who is able to translate strategy into action
