Customer Service Executive (Part time)

£20-24K + Performance Related Bonus (OTE£27K) Pro Rated

Start date: August/September 2023

Working Hours: Part Time Flexible 12-20 hours including some late afternoons & alternative Saturday mornings.

Location: Otley, LS21

Professional Leads, the UK’s leading digital marketeer in financial services and accounting sectors is looking for a customer service executive to join their team. For this role, we are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner who is comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life when dealing with a large volume of inbound sales enquiries, and speaking to new prospects on behalf of the company & clients. For the right candidate, there is the future opportunity to lead and manage a team as this is a growth area for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work efficiently with inbound sales leads, making contact in a timely and organised manner

  • Utilise various communication methods in order to maximise contact rates and engagement with potential customers

  • Manage, distribute and analyse leads through our client management system

  • Working closely with our partner companies creating effective partnerships

  • Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders

  • Typical hours will include some 5pm-7.30pm Mon – Thurs shifts & Saturday mornings, it will also include occasional bank holidays on a rota basis
