Professional Leads, the UK’s leading digital marketing company for financial services and bookkeeping sectors is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their team.
Working closely with the Sales Director & Customer Experience Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the client base is provided with a high level of service, refining day-to-day operations with a high level of efficiency and helping to maintain growth. There is extensive scope for development within this role, as you will have exposure & contribution to strategy, planning, implementation and service delivery. We are therefore looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You will build and maintain relationships with our clients, helping them to achieve maximum efficiencies from their marketing budget. You will take part in the initial on-boarding process, and also be an integral contact throughout all stages of the partnership. You will collate MI from clients in order to effectively monitor ROI and build on the results achieved.
A background in customer success/partner success and or sales is essential and a good knowledge of financial services would be beneficial but not essential.
